How do I sign up for delivery?
Simply fill out the form and we will contact you for further information or call us directly at 858-271-6628
Is there a delivery charge?
No, with a minimum of 10 items. There is no minimum items for business/company pick ups. Less than 10 items there is a $5.00 fee.
Do I have to be home for pick up or delivery?
No, you can simply leave your bag outside your front door. If you are more comfortable leaving it in another area of your home (outside) just let us know. When we return your clothes we can leave on your front door or in another area if you prefer.
How long is turnaround?
Normal turnaround is 48 hours or 2 days. If you would like it sooner or longer please let us know and we can try to accommodate your order to a different turnaround.
What if I get an item back with a stain?
Please call us immediately we will pick it back up and try to redo the item again at no charge. However sometimes stains do not come off without us risking possible damage, please look at the hanger on the garment to see if such note has been attached or a note saying we tried everything possible but couldn't remove stain.
What is your pick up schedule?
Our route is based on the area of address we will contact you to let you know. If you would like a call to let you know when we are 30 minutes away, we can do that.
How will I be billed?
We do require a credit card on file, your card will be charged on the day of delivery. Invoice is attached to your receipt. If you would like Invoice e-mailed please let us know. Venmo payment is accepted. for companies monthly billing is available.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver to the areas of Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, Torrey Pines, Carmel Valley , Del Mar, Poway, Mira Mesa and Sorrento Valley. Scripps ranch, contact us to see if we deliver in your area.
How do I get a complimentary bag?
For companies your bag will be dropped off after you sign up. for residential a bag will be delivered after your first pick up.
what if I want an additional bag?
Additional bags are available for $5.00 each. We also have zipper bags to avoid plastic bag use.
How long has your store been there?
We are proud to be open since 1996 and our family has been serving San Diego since 1986 in other locations.

What if my delivery is scheduled on a holiday?
We will reschedule to a more convenient day for you.
What if I would like to skip a pickup/delivery?
you can gladly skip your delivery or pickup, simply call us or email us with time notice and we can reschedule to a more convenient day
